Take your yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic red pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. During this 90-minute session, Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution will guide you through a gentle, open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. Tree pose among the trees. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of Yoga Revolution's. In addition to your mat, a sleeping pad is a useful aid to soften your body's connection with the forest floor. A limited supply of sleeping pads are available from the nature center, but please bring your own if you can! Cost is $18 per person, and a portion of the proceeds from Yoga in the Pines supports the conservation work of the Cumming Nature Center.
